FurAffinity artist tf-sential posted a fanfic titled “Trading Faces” about a man transforming into Lyra from My Little Pony, and Lyra transforming into the protagonist at the same time. There’s some detail into the change included in the story, with some detail on male and female anatomy, but no sexual depictions are included.

Wattpad, the online community where users can upload their own stories, has a category for romantic werewolf stories. I personally have not perused any of these titles, so browse with that in mind.
